Terms of Sale
All activation key purchases are final and non-refundable once the key has been delivered and activated on a device.
Each licence key is bound to a single device (chip ID). It cannot be transferred to another device.
SolderWave reserves the right to revoke a licence in case of fraudulent purchase or misuse.
Support is provided via email at support@solderwave.ing and is included with every purchase.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase a licence, we collect your name, email address, chip ID, and IP address solely to process your order and deliver your key.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your data is stored securely in our order database.
Email communications are limited to order confirmation, key delivery, and support responses.
